Bay time is paid online at the time of booking. Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time and you receive full club credit for the amount you paid, good toward a future session. Club credit is issued as a Caddy Shak gift card — it is not returned to your card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your start time are not credited. No-shows are charged in full and are not credited. If we cancel your session for any reason — a closure, equipment failure, or a scheduling conflict on our side — you receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
